Cardel Rec South offers a variety of amazing pre-school programs! Our main focus is to engage children by offering a diverse array of activities and opportunities that allow children to learn social and physical literacy skills. Our programs teach children the foundations of active play, songs, stories, games, arts and crafts. By building this foundation, we are preparing them for school. Playschool programs are offered year-round, with 7 or 8 week programs from September to May. In the summers, we offer half-day camps from Monday - Friday.
Cardel Toddlers
Our playschool programs welcome and include children with all abilities. Please make us aware of any disabilities or behavioural needs that may affect your child's participation in our programs. We try to achieve inclusive participation, however, there are times when a child requires more support than our current ratios are able to provide, the program supervisor may request an aide. If required, it is the parent's responsibility to arrange for and provide the aide. Contact the program coordinator to discuss further.
